Time and Your Well-Being
The title of this article has been deliberately kept in such a way that it entices the reader to read further. Now, before I start explaining it, I would like you to do an exercise. I request you to visualize how you were 5 years ago from now, how you used to look like, how you used to be like, how skillful you were at that time. Here comes the most important part. Now you think about the goals you had in your mind at that point of time, how you imagined yourself to be 5 years down the line and then ask yourself, are you that person ? Are you the same person today that you thought of being 5 years ago ? Before you just answer to the above question as a Yes or a No, I would want you to be subjective in that.
